Magni RTH 17.115/127 TC: رافعات تليسكوبية بقبابة قابلة للإمالة بطول 35 مترًا و39 مترًا 2026

Magni Telescopic Handlers launched two new rotating telehandlers, the RTH 17.115 TC and the RTH 17.127 TC, on January 19, 2026. Both share an 8,000 kg load capacity and a 0 to 21 degree tilting cab. The 17.115 TC tops out at 34.9 m maximum lift; the 17.127 TC reaches 38.8 m. The cab tilt, 360 degree continuous rotation, RFID attachment recognition, and integrated load-control system put both units in the high-reach rotating segment that already runs Manitou MRT, Merlo Roto, and Dieci Pegasus.

Where the cab tilt actually matters

A telehandler operator at 30 m plus reach is looking up through the cab roof at the load. Most rotating telehandlers solve this with a high-mounted cab and a polycarbonate roof window. Magni rolls the cab back as the boom rises, putting the operator’s eyes in line with the attachment instead of straining the neck. For curtain-wall installation, prefab panel placement, and roof-finish work above 25 m, the spec line that matters is not lift height. It is whether the operator can see the load without a ground spotter on the radio. The 0 to 21 degree range covers the working envelope that Manitou MRT and Merlo Roto handle with telematics-fed cameras instead of cab tilt.

China-direct rotating telehandlers in the 17 m / 8-10 t band typically land at FOB ex-China prices of USD 165-220K depending on attachment kit and configuration. They do not yet offer a tilting cab. They typically run a high-mounted reinforced cab with a roof window plus a forward-tilt camera. For projects below 25 m reach, that visibility solution holds up against the EU competition. Above 30 m, the cab tilt becomes a real production-rate factor on placement-heavy work.

The Magni tilt gives you operator visibility nothing else in the segment matches. It also adds mechanical complexity, a hydraulic tilt circuit to maintain, and a longer service learning curve. Manitou and Merlo’s elevated-cab approach has fifteen years of installed-base service knowledge in EU and UK rental fleets. Spare cab seals, tilt cylinders, and cab-mount sensors are Magni-proprietary parts for at least the first 24 months. Resale residuals on a Magni RTH 17 TC at year 5 are unknown territory. Manitou and Merlo carry residual comps for that horizon. Dieci does too in the smaller-reach Pegasus segment.

China-direct rotating telehandlers in the 17 m class trade reach for landed cost. You pay USD 75-150K less per unit at the gate. You give up the cab tilt, give up the EU service network, and inherit the parts-kit negotiation responsibility at order time. If the work is a 25 m envelope with a 5-7 t lift bias, the gap closes. If the work is sustained 35 m placement with operator fatigue as the bottleneck, the cab tilt is the spec line that justifies the EU premium on its own.

ما الذي يجب على المشترين فعله الآن

Short-term project, single high-rise placement contract: A pair of Magni RTH 17.127 TC units at full reach beats running two Manitou MRT 2570 with ground spotters. Lock the order if delivery aligns with site mobilization.

Long-term rental fleet: A mixed fleet of one Magni RTH 17 TC for high-reach jobs plus three China-direct 17 m rotating telehandlers for 25 m and below covers more job types per dollar than four EU rotating units of the same year. Run the math at your average revenue per machine-hour and your fleet utilization rate.

Heavy-civil large fleet: If your project envelope sits at 18 to 25 m (Pegasus territory), the Dieci Pegasus 50.18 or a China-direct equivalent answers the spec without paying for tilt-cab capability you will not use.

Industrial, cement plant, and steel mill maintenance: Tilt cab on a permanent-fixture machine pays back in operator hours over a 5 year cycle. Run an operator-hour TCO comparison between the RTH 17 TC and your existing 25 m fixed-cab unit before locking the next replacement.

If you are sizing a new high-reach order, request a configuration-by-configuration landed-cost comparison for your delivery destination, including parts-kit and operator-training inclusions. The EU-premium versus China-direct decision turns on which line items move first in your specific work envelope, not on a brand-versus-brand framing.
