Both firms also work across sub-Saharan Africa, so a supplier relationship built on this project can carry into other markets.
## Telescro Analysis
This suggests two potential procurement waves rather than one: lot 2 and the architectural envelope package, each with lifting-intensive scopes. This is a Telescro inference, not a published equipment order. For buyers and dealers, subcontractor tiers under the joint venture are the more realistic parties to qualify because the headline construction packages are already placed. Morocco’s parallel programme of stadium, airport, and transport works also means equipment demand should not be inferred from the Benslimane site alone.
