What payment methods do you accept? Is it secure?

We accept T/T wire transfer only to our corporate bank account. Account information is provided in the official PI (Proforma Invoice) with company stamp. Any account changes will be confirmed in writing through our official company email. For full amount receipt, please choose OUR option (sender pays all transfer fees) when making payment.

What is the deposit and final payment ratio? When to pay?

Standard payment terms: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment. Exact ratio is specified in your PI. Final payment must be received before we arrange shipment and release shipping documents.

How long is the PI valid? Will prices change?

PI validity is typically 7 days. If exchange rates or shipping costs fluctuate significantly, expired PIs need to be updated and reconfirmed before proceeding.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Complete machines: MOQ = 1 unit. Attachments and spare parts have no strict MOQ, but we recommend combining orders to reduce shipping costs.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time as specified in PI. Typical timeframes:

Stock models: 3-7 working days preparation + 2-3 days loading/shipping
Custom/special configurations: 2-4 weeks production
Sea transit (reference): Asia 7-15 days / Middle East 12-20 days / Europe 25-35 days / North America 20-35 days

What shipping terms are available and who pays for what?

We support EXW / FOB / CIF terms:

EXW: You arrange pickup and all transportation
FOB: We handle export clearance and loading; you arrange sea freight
CIF: We handle sea freight and basic insurance to your port (additional insurance available upon request)

What documents do you provide with shipment?

Standard documents: Commercial Invoice and Packing List. Large items include crate markings with dimensions/weight. Sea freight includes Bill of Lading (B/L). Certificate of Origin (CO) available upon request when ordering.

Can multiple machines or attachments be shipped together?

Yes. We can optimize packing and loading for multiple items. We can also arrange split shipments based on your urgency (shipping costs calculated separately for each batch).

Who handles customs clearance and import duties?

Buyer handles destination port customs clearance and import duties. We provide HS codes, gross/net weight, and dimensions in the PI to help you or your freight forwarder estimate costs.

Can you expedite delivery if I need equipment urgently?

We can prioritize production and help you choose faster shipping options/routes. Express shipping surcharges are paid by the buyer.

Can I inspect the equipment before shipment?

Yes. We provide video inspection/live streaming (free). Third-party inspection can also be arranged (costs paid by buyer).

Do you provide assistance with delivery and installation?

Yes. We provide installation guides via email and can arrange remote video guidance until equipment is running properly. Parts support follows our warranty/parts policy.

Do you support color or logo customization? Does it affect delivery time?

We can provide custom paint colors and logo application. Customization typically adds 3-7 days to delivery time (depending on production schedule), as specified in PI.

Can I change configuration or cancel after placing order?

Changes can be evaluated before production starts. Once production begins or custom parts are involved, changes will affect delivery time and may incur additional costs. All changes must be confirmed in writing.
